The Manager At The Dexter Rent-A-Center has no customer service at all on the phone! I know the rules for Rent-A-Center I know that I am allowed to have payment plans especially if if I can’t pay the full price upfront when He thinks I need to! Even when my bill is on the first week of every month! Basically what he did was cruel and pressuring me to pay the full amount upfront the same day! He wouldn’t even let me pay some of my bill today! He basically said if I can’t pay the full amount every month then I need to turn in my items and that he/we or whatever are not going to allow a couple of weeks to pay the rest of my bill! If there are others who experienced this at this store with the manager this kind attitude should not be tolerated at all! Not all the employees there are like this! There ones there that work around all kinds of situations including mine where if I am lucky enough to pay the full amount on the 3rd then YAY! But there are times when I can do a partial or part of payment! ~Catherine

They took so long processing a simple small car loan (24 hours) that we lost out on an incredible deal. And that was having an excellent credit score in the 800’s. The dealership warned me I would do better with Maine Highlands but I didn’t listen. My bad. ~Randy

I was surprised by a delivery at work for my birthday from my mother and father in law. My mother in law picked the vase and it’s gorgeous, but LOOK AT THE ARRANGEMENT!!! I’m blown away by this florist. They did my wedding bouquet, and another surprise delivery after my second son was born. Those arrangements were phenomenal, but this one really takes the cake! They’re wonderful to work with and they really know their stuff! Thank you all so much for brightening so many of my days! ~Suzanne

The pizza was awesome. They pizza guy was the most enthusiastic person I have ever met. He was supposed to have left at 4 but someone did show up so he stayed and was still there when we left after 5. My grandson said it was the best chicken wings he ever had & we made sure to tell them. Awesome meal and will definitely return!!!! ~Scot
