The Manager At The Dexter Rent-A-Center has no customer service at all on the phone! I know the rules for Rent-A-Center I know that I am allowed to have payment plans especially if if I can’t pay the full price upfront when He thinks I need to! Even when my bill is on the first week of every month! Basically what he did was cruel and pressuring me to pay the full amount upfront the same day! He wouldn’t even let me pay some of my bill today! He basically said if I can’t pay the full amount every month then I need to turn in my items and that he/we or whatever are not going to allow a couple of weeks to pay the rest of my bill! If there are others who experienced this at this store with the manager this kind attitude should not be tolerated at all! Not all the employees there are like this! There ones there that work around all kinds of situations including mine where if I am lucky enough to pay the full amount on the 3rd then YAY! But there are times when I can do a partial or part of payment!

Hated the service I got from the Dexter Store. Tv died right after we paid it off and no one would go good for it. Paid it off early, hadn't had it long. Issues with everything we bought there. Bad customer service. Never will go back

I have been dealing with this very store for about 11 years now. I have watched employee's come and go. Some you may even get attached to. These guys work so fantastic with you in every situation from renting a bedroom set or computer and desk or a whole house full of stuff to a very simple rental for a few weeks. If anything at all happens or goes wrong with anything you have purchased know for a fact they always make it right. ALWAYS!!! NO MATTER WHAT! They will have your back completely. If you This is a very wonderful pl someone bashing this store it's because they have either missed several payments or took off with items moved and tried to keep it for free.

Every time we are scheduled for them to pick up our furniture they have every excuse in the book not to come or say we werent scheduled in the first place. Tried having them come 4 times and still no one has come. Fed up!
