Lots of storage and adding new ones. The lady at the counter was friendly, but I don't think I would recommend this place. It has mice, mice droppings were all over everything and they said there's nothing they can do about it. They went up on their prices, $14 in one shot. Also, someone had hit the storage that we had and a whole lot of our stuff got knocked over and some stuff broke, of course no one will admit to it and nothing got done about it. 😡 The mice droppings was addressed to the lady working and she did nothing about it. It was inside everything. The storage was damaged on the side (our side) that wasn't there before, again the lady did nothing about it. She was nice to us but did nothing about anything. The increase in rent, yes I can understand it going up, but with all of the inflation that's going around, did you really have to go up that much at once? How about gradually going up? We knew nothing was gonna get done and being nice about it, that's why we didn't want compensation.

Really great spot. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Storage is clean and safe. Great prices too. Next time I need storage I'll come right back!

Very secure. You Make a payment 1 or 2 days before your due date they redlock you and it takes them 2 weeks if not more to decide if they wanna pull The lock off even after paying. The door is hard to open the doors get stuck when there is snow on the ground. Past year their payments system is so slow and no more email reminders. Definitely looking for another storage company. Haven't been happy for a year

Nice staff. Reasonable prices. Just not good ground maintanance. Sheets of ice under all the unplowed snow. Hopefully it's not like this all the time.

Our unit leaked. We reported it, they taped it from the inside. Then it leaked again in a different place. ETA: Careful, reviewers. Just got a phone call from GSS, telling me he didn't appreciate the review. I wasn't going to mention it, but people should be aware, as I was told at the beginning of the billing cycle and we were ready to be out in under a week, "We don't prorate!" There goes another star.

John Junkins, a customer did not tell us at GSMS LLC of the second leak.... we did not know until reading this reply. We rely on our customers to let us know if there are any problems and will rectify it . Unfortunately if we do not know, we cannot fix it. Quite unfair to post an online review without letting the business know as we could have helped and made it right at the moment.
