Best auto repair shop in Newport, Maine (ME) 2024

Stopped here on our way back from vacation to get our minivan looked at after hearing a horrible grinding noise and then having pieces fly off on the highway nearby. I couldn't tell what we'd lost, and wasn't comfortable continuing (especially with my family in the car) without getting it looked at. These guys clearly have plenty of business, but they squeezed us in within 30 minutes, and were able to determine that we'd only lost some plastic undercarriage panels and it was still safe to drive. I would have been happy to pay for checking it over, but they waved off charging anything. Grateful for shops like this! ~Matt
