Trying to get through to the branch just to order some euros to go on a trip. After three try's and being on hold a long time I called the 888 customer support number suggested. After listening to 5 minutes of phone prompts I was eventually be told they can not order euros for me and that I need to call the branch bank. They are not the most convenient bank as advertised. ~Scott
