Trying to get through to the branch just to order some euros to go on a trip. After three try's and being on hold a long time I called the 888 customer support number suggested. After listening to 5 minutes of phone prompts I was eventually be told they can not order euros for me and that I need to call the branch bank. They are not the most convenient bank as advertised.

I have never had the pleasure before now that is experiencing such an inept TD Bank. Customer service is absolutely terrible. 20 minutes of standing around listening to people talk about movies and their dog. Then decide to go outside to walk their dog while they know I am waiting for a new debit card. They really need to learn what customer service is, I will not be going back to this branch ever again. If this wasn’t for my business account which would be such a pain to change I would be tempted to close my account all together because of this experience. Absolutely absurd. The real kicker. I’m 24 minutes in to this ordeal and still standing here while I write this review. Edit* once I finally was helped they canceled my personal card now prompting me to have to redo all my online payments and reprinted that instead of my business card. I wish I was making this up.
