Best federal credit union in Thomaston, Maine (ME) 2024

My partner and I have both called in the last week and not gotten callbacks. The online banking is unreliable, the lobby has been closed for way too long, and the only time I have tried to open a new account online I never heard a thing. They acted put out that I made an appointment at 4, because they close at 4:30, but I had to leave work early just to do that. I would have switched banks already, but it's such a pain in the butt to transfer money and go through the process. The only reason they get 2 stars is our account/loan person in Brunswick, Madison, has been great. Thomaston branch not so much. Now I have to go through the whole process of moving banks again, hoping to help someone else who is searching avoid that headache. ~Tyler
