10 false reviews as in most reviews on Google. I've actually used them as a vendor, and interacted with another company that utilized them. And both of us no longer use them, due to their poor customer skills, i.e. rude, incompetent people on the phone, and late deliveries. It's validated by one of my current employee who used to drive for them. He states that they change pay numbers on the jobs, and more often than not, receive compensation for several jobs each pay period. And they treat their independent contractors with disdain and disrespect as well. He said it's constant mayhem, chaos, always pin the blame on the drivers due to their bad dispatchers. ~Bruce
