What a great store! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, with a surprisingly good selection for the size of the store. Once I asked if I could buy a cocktail shaker and they didn't have any, but the person working went in the back and found a promotional shaker the store had received and gave it to me. The owners are bias, and stereotypical. They pick and choose how they want to do their business and with who. I brought a 4pack of wine under $10 once and a single bottle for cooking. A different occasion I came in with my hoodie on my head, and wanted a single bottle of wine, he told me there was a minimum of $10, so I announced what if I wanted to buy a pack, like I have before, the owner had nothing to say, but looking dum, pointing to that old sign that was there previous when I purchased, just a four pack n singles... Bias and racist, by all means, I would never harm anyone, but now I see how Asian are attack in situations, by acting bias n stereotyping African American people.. I would give them no stars, if I had the option👎🏽👎🏽 ~Miranda

The place is great and has a wide selection so you’ll be able to find anything you are looking for. I’ve been to several vape shops but the people/workers bring to mind a certain feminine cleaning product. The staff here are amazing though, always helpful without being pushy, arrogant, or condescending. They remember you when you come in and treat you like a friend rather than a customer. Prices are great too. Highly recommend checking it out and supporting a great local business. ~joel

Terrible customer service. I’ve been to this ups store four times. Every time the employees are not helpful, rude, and slow. I just moved to this location. The first time they told me I had to pay to use their printer. My previous ups store would print it for me for free. The second time they made me pay for a bag and wouldn’t accept the original bag my order came in. The third time they made me apply the sticker for them and made fun of me for not applying it correctly. My previous ups store said it was their job to do it for me. The forth time they told me they couldn’t read the numbers on the paper I printed and told me I had to pay $5. I went to another ups store and they told me it would’ve been $1 to print but did it for me for free. Waste of gas and time. ~Kaeda
