Terrible service. Issue #1 shipped two boxes through my account, one box arrived the other did not. Store did not have an explanation. The employees are rude and lack basic customer service skills.

Poor customer service. The staff left me in the cashier to get a personal item from her car to show to her co-worker. Could not assist with completing packaging. She said that's not her work. I don't recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been to this ups store four times. Every time the employees are not helpful, rude, and slow. I just moved to this location. The first time they told me I had to pay to use their printer. My previous ups store would print it for me for free. The second time they made me pay for a bag and wouldn’t accept the original bag my order came in. The third time they made me apply the sticker for them and made fun of me for not applying it correctly. My previous ups store said it was their job to do it for me. The forth time they told me they couldn’t read the numbers on the paper I printed and told me I had to pay $5. I went to another ups store and they told me it would’ve been $1 to print but did it for me for free. Waste of gas and time.

Bob, the owner is a liar and a theif and apparently allows his employees to threaten customers. They lose/stealy $750 camera system back in December and then fail to communicate with us to get through the process smoothly. After months of emailing and calling Bob, with minimal responses, I had to call thier 800 number and go through that dumb process. While speaking with the 800 customer rep, I find out that Bob was paid on the claim I filed in January. He was actually paid back in March. When I called most recently, his employee tries to bullye on the phone instead of just passing the phone over to Bob. He tells Bob, "this guy is being a punk." When I asked this employee if I needed to come up there to speak w Bob directly, he proceeds to invite me up to the location to fight him. I mention this to Bob in an email and he doesn't even address it. Is this really the type of owner/operator UPS wants representing them? An owner who fails to deliver a package (the major component your entire business is built on), allows employees to challenge customers to fights and recieves and keeps the claim check of the customer they failed to provide the one service they were hired to perform? Do better UPS. WHAT CAN BROWN DO FOR YOU? APPARENTLY NOTHING.

Let me start by saying that I have always used this UPS store with no issues. Few weeks ago, I went in the store to inquire about 2 packages that showed no activity a week later since the label creation. I was merely trying to understand the process and see if they could track where the packages are. The lady was not helpful at all, cut me off and was very rude. Won’t look at my tracking receipt, told me that those are no good to her once it goes out the door. Horrible experience. As a result, I will take my business elsewhere.

I needed to return an Amazon package and was unable to print the return label at home. I asked him if I could print out a return label. He pointed at a computer and told me to do it. So, I asked if I could email it to him to print out. He said sure but will cost me $5.00. I thought I was hearing things… asked again and he said $5.00. I walked right out and he didn’t care one bit. I’m sure they make money from the packages being picked up at their location. To lose a customer over a price gouging charging of $5 to print one sheet is plain ignorant. There is another place I normally go to that prints them out with a smile. I will never go to this location again.

When it comes to awful service, UPS can never let you down. In all other printing service providers, I can plug.my USB stick and print. In this branch, the person behind the counter had me using the computer to print one paper so he could charge me the 5 dollars for the one minute behind the computer. I deeply wanted to tear the page that I printed and reject to pay. I didn't do it to avoid ruining my day. If you can avoid this place and UPS in general, do it. You will never miss anything.

Friendly advise - IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE DO NOT GO THERE. THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH NO RESPECT AND THEN LATER CALL THE POLICE ON YOU. I experienced a very hostile treatment from the Store attendant. She refused to serve me even though I arrived there before their closing hours. She had locked the store with no explanations. Later she called the police on me. 4 police cars arrived. I felt dramatized and had to leave; knowing what the police can also do.

I am so angry. I went to this UPS location on 9/11 and was waited on by employee# 156862. He created a label for my shipment to New York and asked me to check it. I told her the address was incorrect and the room number was not included. He added the room number and told me the address keeps defaulting back to the wrong address but he will fix it before it ships. I asked him twice. He said he will fix it. Well, it wasn’t fixed and my package was refused at the wrong address. Now, I am trying to resolve this issue with UPS. I have been on the phone since 11 am today. I am done with this location.
