this store was already too crowded and then they put a new make up store inside. They used to have a beautiful jewelry counter and now all they have is a very dinky in over in the corner. This is very disappointing.

My mom and I had the most pleasant shopping experience today thanks to Paris. He was kind, patient, and helped us with our coupons so we could take advantage of the sales. I wish more people were like Paris!

I have been coming here for 2 years now and shop mostly at Kohls for all my outfits. At first everything was fine but as soon as I became a "regular" as in the employees would recognize me for always shopping there, thats when things became extremely uncomfortable. I have had employees say desrespectful comments, follow me, and flat out say they do not want me there. The last handful of times I have waited at the customer service line, the women working behind the counter would look at me and start grunting, slamming registers, and making alot of noise to let me know they do not want me there. I do not know if its racially profilling or something else but they have made it so I think 10 times over if I want to step foot inside of Kohls even though I live within walking distance.

I needed a dark dress for a funeral so this was my first and only stop to find one at a reasonable price. It's been a while since I have been to Kohl's so I roamed the women's area to find the larger women's clothing. Once I located it, I began to look for a dark dress. It was not an easy task between the dozens of clearance racks and multitude of racks and displays of Spring clothes and colors. Eventually I did find 2 different black dresses with short sleeves. There was not a large selection of dresses either. I had to take 2 different sizes to the dressing room, one for each dress to determine which dress would fit me. There were numerous open dressing rooms, but each one was full of previous occupants discarded items. Every time I've ever been to Kohl's the dressing rooms are full of clothes that you have to clean up or consolidate to make room for your own clothes to try on. I started with my preferred dress, but it was too large. I then moved on to the second dress and thankfully it fit me. There was no line for a cashier but all open stations were full. Once it was more time I was greeted by a friendly cashier. After she totaled my purchase she began her pitch for me to open a Kohl's charge. She was trained not to accept no as an answer and tried multiple times with different tactics to get me to apply for one. This and the dressing room cleanliness were my only real complaints of my experience.

lots of home goods. warning, they are in the middle of remodeling at the time I visited so it was difficult to find some items. disappointing in the only toilet seat cover was an easter bunny - really, who thought that was a good idea? have a convenient amazon pickup/return area on one far side of the store. small mixup in applying coupons was quickly resolved at customer service.

Kohl's is a very well organized and clean store. The staff very professional and friendly. I took a package to the UPS section there to return package. I was directed to the spot once I came in. The restrooms very we maintained and clean.
