This Food Lion is always well stocked, organized and very clean. My check out experience with Jabril was absolutely wonderful. He exceeded my expectation when we were greeted at the register, asked whether we found everything that we needed and told us to be safe and have a great day. To see such a young person so well mannered that appears to love what he's doing is fantastic. This in itself makes you want to come back to shop at Food Lion again and again. Thank you Jabril for making our experience shopping at Food Lion a great one.

Unbelievable stench of fish greets every customer with each visit. I don’t understand why the store doesn’t do something about this. How do the workers stand it? My advice would be for them to just give up on selling fresh seafood until they get a handle on this persistent problem.

Has many items on sale during weeks that Giant and Safeway do not, esp sodas, crackers, and cookies. Cashiers are usually available in case you don't like self-service checkout.

I liked this Food Lion. I have never been a huge fan of Food Lion when I was in Virginia, but I did shop there because of the prices. This Food Lion was clean and spacious; I was suprised.

Very rude and unprofessional. What happened to customer service? Why does everyone at the front counter get annoyed when you ask for help and try to intimidate you to avoid helping? One star only because I was able to complete the transaction.

I love that this grocery store is very close to my house but the shelves are frequently out of stock of items that I buy regularly whether they are Food Lion brand or other national brands and that is frustrating. I wish they did a better job maintaining the store. This is the only grocery store nearby for a few miles and they do have a lot of business which makes me wonder why they can’t do better in keeping the shelves stocked.

The store itself is always clean and usually well stocked. Customer service manager has a very lackluster customer service attitude. Always seams to be in the “I just work here” mindset. Overall, good store with decent prices. I’ll continue to drive past a few other grocery stores to shop there.

I was surprised they were still requiring masks as the mandate has been lifted, but I'm happy to oblige. The store was neat and we'll organized. Got help right away at the deli. Found everything I needed, nothing was out of stock. The prices here are a dollar or more less than the Giant here in Annapolis (Forest Dr), so it's worth the drive to Odenton. My cashier actually flagged me down from across all the registers so he could help me. Very friendly and efficient. I love how you guys have 2 different color bags to indicate fresh food from shelf items. Helps me put my food away faster.
