I did not feel welcome at all. I’m a person of color and wasn’t even greeted once. Meanwhile, everyone else that came in after me were greeted with friendly energy. All the other shops were very friendly and had a nice atmosphere. This one did not. It’s very clear the owner cared more about their white customers. Please avoid this place if you are a minority. There are better places to take your business in Old EC! ~Emma

today i had bolt in my tire, and needed a plug. they had me n and out in five minutes. the technician was on top of it and repair is great. very professional and friendly shop. if i lived closer they would be my shop. highly recommend this place ~fletch

It's a nice, clean grocery store. They've just finished some renovations which in my opinion looks worse than before, but they expanded the vegan and more diet friendly suggestions. Staff is friendly and overall I'm quite pleased with this grocery store. ~Zain

The staff at the PNC Branch in Long Gate shopping center are great. They are always friendly and helpful. We made the switch to PNC over a year ago, and we have never regretted the decision. ~Joe

This Walgreens is not ready to distribute the new Covid 19 shot. I had to fill out a form that was already submitted online. I was told I needed to print it before coming which is not the direction online. There was no one actively giving shots. At 3:32 PM the 3:10, 3:15 and 3:30 appointments were still sitting there. Clearly the appointments were double booked because I also had a 3:30 appointment. There was no sign that anyone knew what was going on or that anyone there was prepared to start giving shots. I walked out with my two sons with no idea of when or if our appointments would be honored anytime soon. ~Lynn

I had the most fantastic experience in the copy and print shop by TJ!!! He went above and beyond getting some items cut for me that I had printed (100+ pages) and took the time to save me time for a bridal shower I am helping with. For me to have cut this would have taken forever. We need more people like him and he should be recognized as being outstanding. Very grateful! ~Marissa
