This Walgreens is not ready to distribute the new Covid 19 shot. I had to fill out a form that was already submitted online. I was told I needed to print it before coming which is not the direction online. There was no one actively giving shots. At 3:32 PM the 3:10, 3:15 and 3:30 appointments were still sitting there. Clearly the appointments were double booked because I also had a 3:30 appointment. There was no sign that anyone knew what was going on or that anyone there was prepared to start giving shots. I walked out with my two sons with no idea of when or if our appointments would be honored anytime soon.

I misplaced a filled antibiotic prescription and called them to request a replacement. Unlike the other pharmacy I use they could not simply report the prescription as lost and auto-replace. They told me they needed to call my Dr. Today I called to see if the script was ready and they told me the Dr. Has not responded. I called my Dr. this a.m. and was informed that the pharmacy NEVER called my Dr. Meanwhile my infection rages on. I will not return to Walgreens. Terrible service!

Been 3 weeks I've waited for them to fill my prescription. Now all I get is..there was a insurance problem on their end. No phone call or nothing yet they told me it would be ready a week ago. They're constantly out of medication and I have to wait. Really want to change pharmacy

To have a passport photo for my 3 months old son I went to three different stores: First rite aid told me that the person who takes photo is not there that day, then walmart camera was having some problem, then CVS across the street told me that they don't take photos for kids. So I finally ended up to this store. The lady working their (Sharda) helped us patiently and had photos for us. I am very happy with customer service provided to us at this store.

I dropped off my Rx order at another Walgreens location closer to where I live. After 4 weeks of them telling me the Rx was backordered when I stopped in and later called in for status, then finally losing the Rx and telling me I needed to get another written by my Dr., I decided to try getting the replacement Rx filled at this location. This location had trouble getting it too. BUT, Liz, the Rx manager, was not to be deterred. She kept me informed, as in actually calling me with a status, something the other Walgreens never did. She also "manually ordered" the Rx. Not sure what that means but it seemed like an out of the ordinary process, something that probably takes extra time and effort. In the end, Liz called around to other Walgreens locations to find some of what I needed in stock and DROVE there herself to pick up the Rx and bring it back to this store. Amazing!! This goes beyond customer service! Especially when she had to RISK HER LIFE by driving into downtown Baltimore to get it! (OK, slight hyperbole there, unless she went into Baltimore after dark.) She personally called to let me know my Rx had been filled and was available for pick up. She is extraordinary! Definitely not the kind of treatment one usually gets from a major chain store. I hope Walgreens management reads these reviews. Liz is the kind of employee that deserves recognition and reward for her above and beyond actions. Major Kudos to you Liz! This was my first experience with getting an Rx filled here. You can be sure this is where I will be going from now on.

I am writing this review for a pharmacy technician named Nyiel. I am an older woman and sadly have been petrified of needles my entire life. I went to Walgreens to get my Covid booster last week and had the good fortune of having Nyiel assigned to me. She made sure that the very smallest needle was used and she had an unusual technique where she lightly pinched the needle area before administering the shot. Well, it worked! I literally felt nothing! I couldn't thank her enough. Because we'll be out of state over the Thanksgiving holiday, I went back to her yesterday for my flu shot. And, again, no pain. Nyiel, you are the best! If you ever leave Walgreens, please let me know and I will follow you anywhere!

Avoid this location for COVID testing. They provided the WRONG SAMPLE COLLECTION DATE for the results report. After contacting Aegis in Nashville, TN (the lab that performed the test), Aegis informed me that the error occured on Walgreens' end. The erroneous sample collection date was 1 week earlier than the actual sample collection date. As a result, my father's surgery schedule, which requires a pre-op COVID test, was affected because of the incorrect sample collection date. This is fraudulent and unprofessional.

The store manager is very rude!! Avoid this location if you can ! I got Covid-19 shot there and it said to give $25 reword. Since I did not have account with them before, the pharmacy casher gave my reword to other people without asking me. I found out this when I was trying to use the reward to buy groceries. The Casher could not help and referred me to the store manager. However, the store manager did not even want to resolve the problems, push me back to call online help. I asked her what the online help can do without an account. then she asked me to keep 6-feet away from her and told me she couldn’t help. – at that time, the Mask is not required. Also She had just talked with others face to face without masks. Then turned around to use 6-feet as excuse to push me away. No wonder there are so many bad reviews on this location…. Avoid this location if you can !!

It would be 1 star if based solely on the pharmacy, but every time I've been in the store the cashiers have been friendly and helpful. The pharmacy used to be great, but as a few others have mentioned, it went down hill about a year ago. Drive through line takes as long to get through as CVS with half the cars, but even beyond that, the service in the pharmacy is a coin toss. Sometimes they're great, but when they're not it's so bad I wonder if it's a hidden camera show. Example 1: dropped off my prescription, they said 1 hour. 3 hours later they said it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. Anticipating an issue (from a previous experience) I asked if the medicine was even in stock. Then they said my insurance wouldn't cover it. I asked to get the paper prescription back, went to CVS and it was filled in under an hour. And my insurance paid for it. Example 2: car ahead of me got their prescription, I pull up and as I get to the window they lower the blind, while making eye contact, without so much as pointing in the direction of the sign with their hours. I was thrown off, then realized it was their lunch break (they really need a sign for that) and the window closes on the minute lunch starts. I went and got my own lunch, came back and waited for the window to open. It does not open the minute lunch is over, more like 10 minutes after lunch is over. I'm not saying they should get less time for lunch, just put up an accurate sign. Example 3: my doctor sent them the prescription I get every month last Tuesday and I got the confirmation text (not sure if I have to click the link, but I always do). I got another confirmation text Thursday, asking for my DOB, so I figured it may not have gone through until then. It's Monday and they told me it's not quite ready and to come back in half an hour. Apparently filling that prescription takes 96.5 hours and I arrived after only 96 hours. Headed back now to see if that was a lie. I don't mind issues coming up, but why lie about what the issue is?

I want to commend Pharmacy Technician Ms. Jiwon Ho, who last week assisted us in scheduling our appointments and generated the paperwork for my husband Frank and I to receive our Covid booster shots at Walgreens on October 9th. The pharmacist, Ms. Emmanuelle who gave us the shots was very professional. After obtaining the necessary information from us, she did a great job at delivering the Covid booster in arms. The Pharmacy Technician Ms. Jiwon, the Pharmacist Ms. Emmanuelle, and the other staff members we encountered at the pharmacy counter are all excellent employees. We appreciate their untiring service during this pandemic. It was our first time using Walgreens’ pharmacy and we were impressed by the professionalism of the employees and the cleanliness of the store. Kudos to all!
