Has been to this location on more than one occasion and the lines are usually long and moving very slow! Tonight I sat between 5-8 minutes and when I decided to drive off I noticed maybe 2 workers in the dining area. So basically we were ignored and the company lost money. I’m not one to complain but this new store has poor customer service and it needs attention ASAP!

Food was food- Service was poor with the exception of one lovely lady at the pick-up window. She almost made up for the rude employee taking the order at the drive up speaker. So I pulled to this location @ 11:45pm no one says anything @ the intercom yet there’s a car in the second lane sitting so I drive around the building & there’s another car @ the window waiting on service, so I know that they see me so I say “Are you closed???” The female turns her head & the male says “Yeah we’re closed.” Ok I goes next door to The Waffle House order & comes out to look over & see them still open & serving until 1a.m. Just wow how unprofessional & rude… count your days

This location needs a better night crew. i sat at the speaker for a cool 20 minutes and nobody took my order or even acknowledge me..it’s no cars in line but me so why does it take over 5 minutes for me to be ACKNOWLEDGED and my order taken??? I worked fast food and having a customer wait that long at the SPEAKER is outrageous!

Compared to the Bel-Air location this Drive thru was speedy Gonzales. I waited a reasonable amount of time given the # of people in line.

Custom service at this location was fantastic I came in right after the lunch rush so some things weren't refilled or wiped down but honestly no complaints

The service sucks. This is supposed to be a new store but there is no reason why I should be having to wait 25 minutes to place an order in the drive thru. I even placed a mobile order for carry out but the doors to the restaurant were locked. If this restaurant is supposed to be open until 1am. Then why for one are the doors locked at 730pm?? That makes no sense.
