Love this location! Some real gems usually marked off heaps, 70% or more usually, and no drop in quality - you can get some really high-end items here on the cheap!!

They sometimes have quite interesting stuff. I found some unique kitchen items that I was able to get rather inexpensively. My daughter also gets some nice clothing there as well.

We stopped Ross and did some shopping. My girlfriend went to use the Restroom. The stall that she was using was Broken. Upon trying to leave the stall the door was ajar. The door needed to be pulled hard to get back open. The door sprung open and broken her finger nail and cut her finger and in addition to that the door hit her in the head and left a large knot on her head. She told and associate about it and the associate told her "yes we need to get that fixed" She

Who doesn't like Ross right? I mean the prices and the people and everything else makes this place worth the five stars every time especially the one over here Prescott valley

Absolutely great store. We found lots of items at really great prices. The store was clean and organized. The staff was super helpful and super friendly. Our cashier took the time and interest to have a conversation with us while cashing out our order. Yet he was quick and efficient. I especially liked the toddlers clothing sections. I found so many name brand outfits for my grandkids. Names like Nike, Adidas, Puma & Tommy Hilfiger. I also found tons of hair bows for my 1 yr old granddaughter for very great prices. I was super impressed with how great this store was.

The store was clean, employees don’t great you and no one offered to help. There wasn’t a lot in my size, and I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, I do sometimes find things I like, so I’ll be back.

I don’t quite understand the logic of having fitting rooms closed of “Covid” you’re still walking around touching clothes throughout the store, breathing on them, feeling them... the woman said “because we can’t wipe it down”. Wipe what down? The door handle? Do we wipe down the door handle at gas stations or the gas pump handle? This is ridiculous. Store leadership needs to get bold and make some decisions here. Not shopping until they open up the fitting rooms.
