The best and strangest part of McDonald's is that the food tastes the same every single time, for as long as I can remember. ordered 1 lg adult happy meal w sprite, 1 mc spicy meal large w coke, 5 mc spicy... what we got charged for adult happy meal got no box no toy and had to pay full price (big Mac meal is cheaper) sprite was flat and my coke became a tea the forgot a lg fri then to top it all off the 6 mc spicy chickens were wrong also they gave us regular mc chicken... wth

Sometimes the experience at this location is what you'd expect from McDonald's, though more often than not it's sub-par. One time we were overcharged $10. When my wife tried to correct this the individual at the window dismissively said the difference was "pretty much the same thing." The individual turned out to be the manager. This also wasn't the last time we were overcharged. They don't actually mix their McFlurries here, they merely put the ingredient on top so you predominantly have vanilla soft serve ice cream. When I asked an employee about this she said they haven't done that in years and the machine is broken. More often than not the items received are wrong, which happens in fast food, the issue here however is the frequency and that often times the employees will argue with you rather than correct it. Those are just a few examples. Having said my peace I'd recommend spending a little extra time to go to one of the other McDonald's around town.

Food was great, service was good. They forgot to put the fries in with the cheeseburger bundle. Fortunately we checked before pulling off, after a short discussion they gave them to us. It was a good experience

Went through drive thru today and ordered a double cheeseburger & fries. Had a craving. Normally I don’t eat fast food! Burger & fries were cold. Went in restaurant to have them redone. Heard the burger maker complaining about having to remake the burger, which was even colder than the first one. The new fries were unsalted and room temp. Also, no napkins or ketchup, which I had asked for both. This is exactly why I don’t eat fast food anymore!!!! This McDonalds is GROSS!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!!! I wouldn’t feed my dog this garbage!!!!!

Been to this location 5 or 6 times, EVERY SINGLE TIME something was missing. I always look before I leave since getting your order takes about 15-20 minutes to get and stuff is still is missing. This time I was tired/dumb and didn't look in the bag before I left. Get home, no Big Mac and of course thrown together messy and burnt Mcdoubles. I call 3 times, no amswer. It's almost 10 pm, I can't drive back tonight so there's nothing that I can get done about this. Trashy.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two medium cokes. I stopped at the first window but nobody was there so I went to the second window. The lady yelled at the person who was supposed to be at the first window then told me I have to go back around. Customers are expected to wait in a long line TWICE because an employee wasn’t doing their job? No thanks. I went elsewhere. This literally just happened. I hope a manager sees this but I don’t think they would care. I would give zero stars if I there was an option.

I usually avoid mcdonalds, but today I decided to give it another go. It took 15 minutes to get my order, she kept messing it up on the screen so I had no idea what I was paying until I got to the window, she dumped my change next to my hand instead of on it so it all went on the ground, I asked for grape jelly and got ketchup instead, got ice when I asked for none, both lids were unsecured so I spilled a little of both drinks when I grabbed them. Cemented the fact that I should avoid this chain entirely, and I advise you to avoid this location.

Hate it. Every single time I go there it's a problem. I try to stay away. 7 cars pulled up. SEVEN. so I made numb 8! I asked well what do y'all have ready I'll change my order. I was told a very rude response. I mean like......hash browns take just a few minutes. If your line is long fling breakfast why aren't y'all continually making food? Oh yes let's add there's always no loose change. Which makes the cashier yell out "I need some change" while your trying to make sure your order is correct because they "what elsed" you to death while making your order. Let's put a HARDEES here in the place of McDonald's on DIP. Whole new GM on down to the cashiers.
