5 Best fast food restaurant in Mobile, Alabama (AL) 2025

My 8 year-old had never been to Popeyes before and wanted to try it. We each had the 2 piece meal with fries and she LOVED it. She usually does like fried chicken, but she enjoyed it here. Polite staff, clean restaurant, great fast food! ~Bill

The employees at this location is rude as hell, I am a Grub Hub driver and I had two orders that were placed at this location just to come pick them up and they state that they didn't have a order for the people that placed it... The manager on duty the night of June 10, 2022 rudely closed the window in my face and locked it and walked the other way leaving me sitting at the window looking crazy.... Very horrible customer service skills and so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone... I don't need a call back or response or anything I just will not visit this location again... ~Shay

Horrible service, equated with bad food. Regular drive through time but when we received our family meal the staff could not be bothered with providing anything else. The meal package was missing condiments, napkins, eating utensils and sauces. The staff return to talking amongst themselves and would respond with "what's the problem" each time we had to ask for the items missing from the bag. The lobby was closed and no other customers were being helped and there was one vehicle behind us. We had to wait, awkwardly wave my arms and ask for help. I asked for additional items my request was met with awkward looks, rolling their eyes. One of the members refused to give us forks yelling at us telling us they were in the bag. They weren't. Neither were the dipping sauces we requested 3 times. ~Pedro

Went through drive thru ordered chicken nugget meal and cheese burger plain. I have to go back to get my cheese burger They left out. I get home and my daughter bites into this burnt ch burger THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY gave us after i had to already go back to get it since they left it out the first time. This location needs a better night crew. i sat at the speaker for a cool 20 minutes and nobody took my order or even acknowledge me..it’s no cars in line but me so why does it take over 5 minutes for me to be ACKNOWLEDGED and my order taken??? I worked fast food and having a customer wait that long at the SPEAKER is outrageous! ~Tee’s
