The store and employee was awesome! Very polite and very helpful.....the customer service at the store was a 10!! But calling customer service through My Metro app....awful....rude ...and just down right could care less about the customer

Couldn't talk to someone without being interrupted. By another customer. I got a free phone. That I can't use at the location. I intended to use it at. The salesmen was no help with that. Me being the kind person I am. Would ask the customer. Where they intended to use the device? Then I would pull up the coverage map and tell the customer. They wouldn't even be able to use their device at the location. Because I wouldn't want my customer. To get to work or wherever it is they were going to use the phone and not be able to use it.

This is the only metro location I visit. The manager at this location (Talbotton rd) is awesome. She does what she says she'll do... she's all about the customer service . I'm Definitely a satisfied customer. Definitely recommend visiting this location if you need a phone or service.

The phone contracts are great, the customer service is less than horrible. The phones can be upgraded every three months-nice. The people who work there know nothing at all about phones. When you have a problem with a phone there is no one able or willing to help . I have had them mess up.$150. phones before they hand them to you, take your payment and not give you credit for it even when proven-sorry place
