The service is incredible. They did such an amazing job assessing my feet and my needs and showing me a variety of options. Also, the sales staff is very patient and never rushes or pressures you. I have a variety of old injuries and arthritis, and all of that was taken into account in the selection of shoes. I had a long day of travel with walking (and running) miles through airports, and then sightseeing on cobblestone streets on my trip, and my feet (knees, hips, back) did not feel the slightest impact because of the perfect fit, cushioning, and stability of the shoes. Nor did they rub or irritate my feet anywhere, and the first day I wore them was the day I embarked on my travels. They are completely comfortable, supportive, and attractive as well.
