Best bank in Perryville, Maryland (MD) 2024

Staff does not know their policies apparently. I had called and asked if I could cash a money order without having an account there. The woman said sure and even told me how much it would cost. Taking her word for it, I walked up to the branch only to be told that they would not cash my money order unless I had an account. I could see them saying no if it was a personal check, but a money order is pretty official. I am in the market for a new bank and I was going to consider PNC in Perryville, but this turned me off. ~Stephanie
