The pharmacy staff have no idea what they’re doing. No one seems qualified so I transferred my pharmacy to CVS. 20 minutes after I told my doctor to cancel with riteaid the prescriptions that I’ve been waiting for (for riteaid to fill) were filled and ready to pick up at CVS…. Important prescriptions too…. save yourself wasted time and take your business literally anywhere else. To add, this riteaid doesn’t contact you when your prescriptions are ready either, you just have to assume that after a certain amount of hours passed from them receiving your prescription from your doctor (which is confirmed by the doctor that they’ve been sent over) that it will be ready. When I showed up around 5pm (the same day my doctor put the prescription through) I was told I missed my opportunity to pick up a prescription because by the time I got there the “truck” had already left. Then for the remainder of the week was told to “call back after 3 pm to see if the truck came again”. Like what in the world?!? Thank god my life doesn’t depend on a prescription because I wouldn’t be getting it here. Get a grip and hire better staff. ~Kayleigh

Had an appointment to get the new omicron variant COVID-19 vaccine booster. The process was efficient. The employees were helpful. The facility was neat and clean. There's free parking and available shopping carts. The pharmacy was staffed with enough employees. There was no backup of customers. ~Henry

Pizza hut need to return to using rfeir own delivery drivers instead of door dash. I paid $10 between delivery fees and tip. The delivery took a long time. Pizza hut used to be my favorite go to for pizza. I hate the delivery option. ~Kandie

Do not go here!!!! They got almost our entire order wrong and when we called, the manager basically said we were lying because he “boxed it himself.” We simply asked for a credit because we had already been trying to call for 45 minutes and they said they could do nothing for us. Terrible customer service. And not to mention our pizza was dry and looked like it had been sitting for a while. Seriously, don’t waste your money there. ~Richelle

I came here to have a map that I owned laminated and a calendar blown up and laminated. The people are kinda nice but they are understaffed so the store is unkempt, the wait is long and things don't get fixed like it needs to be. They lost my document, after I paid extra for express, after waiting 15 minutes looking for it and waiting an extra 15 minutes for them to print one from the internet and laminate it all over again. They found my map!! And reduced my cost considerably. So I left happy and even bought some extra stuff (I was so happy to get my map back!) But I still had to wait 25 extra minutes so the rating will stay the same. ~Ummyusuf

You have to wait in Walgreens queue just to drop off, and there was no one serving despite a large queue. ~James
