This is a HORRIBLE place to rent a suite. As I have a friend that rents here I’ve noticed they do business very horrible. They do not have any mercy on tenants - you miss rent you get temporary evicted. They are QUICK to send tenants to collections ruining their credit. They do not work on maintenance and repairs on the DPS. They don’t care about their tenants one bit! Your lease would auto renew after a certain period of time and you would be forced to stay another year. They don’t even care about their employees. There has been petitions for AC to be fixed, they dont fix it. Tenants email about inquiries- they don’t reply. I’d highly recommend to not rent a suite here because their business is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Management is careless and unworthy. ~Jacinta
