My first cheese steak from Charley's. I got the small chicken combo and the lemonade. More than enough for lunch. Enjoyed every bite. Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich available. Parking: Mall parking lot.

Very good steak and. cheese and they don't skimp on portion size. Only thing I find strange is on their website they list a phone number but employee stated they don't have one.What??? What business doesn't have a phone?? Calling the number listed it just rings and rings....

Hours say open at 10am on Saturday. We went just after 10 and had a hard time getting anyone's attention, only to find out that they don't open until 11.

Why be open at 11am when the food not cook and ready for people to buy. Shouldn't that be done before you open?

A new favorite! We have stood in line and have ordered online and both worked great... but have to admit the ease of ordering online and being able to show up, walk to the front of the line, get my order and leave, I will do that from now on. And the food is delicious! I got the chicken cheese steak (7" is plenty big) combo with the strawberry lemonade (I'm addicted!).

They will charge you for the right food but won't give it to you. Ordered 2 steak and two chicken subs got home to find 4 chicken subs. Attention to detail people.

Food was delicious until I found this long strand of stringy hair in my food. Disgusting. I was enjoying it until then. Now, I am so nauseous. I do not have good luck eating out. It seems like this type of stuff continues to happen. Uggghhhhh. I had a good experience in the past at Charley's, never this location. First time here.

I went to get a cheesesteak at the Waldorf, Maryland location on 8/28/20. I order a large cheesesteak combo with just cheese. I notice that the cheese the associate is placing on my s as sandwich is not American cheese rather it Provolone. I question the cashier about the cheese and am told that American cheese is no longer available at Charleys. I'm appalled that they do not tell you that before you order. The cashier has an attitude when I tell him to refund my money. He was very snide and uncouth. Had to get a manager to get my money back. What great customer service???
