If you’re a Philly transplant looking for a good cheesesteak, this ain’t it. The meat is terrible and unseasoned. The cheese is bad. On top of it not tasting good, my order was incorrect. I was explicit about my order but revived condiments I didn’t ask for.

After waiting double the time for my food on my short lunch break… I ask for a extra sauce. And get told it’s 50 cent. Now. I don’t mind. But after you have someone wait twice as long for preordered food, a little kindness goes a long way. Also I had to go back to my car for 50 cent as I’d paid online. Also I watched the manager give a away free food to someone while I was waiting. A joke. Won’t be back.

This location has consistently been below our expectations based on other Jerry's. Without fail something is wrong with our order every time we have tried to go here. They rarely ever have the food ready at their expected time for take away and if they do its cold. Then the manager has an attitude and won't fix problems. Today was the last time I will be wasting my money at any Jerry's.

So Ive have been picking up at this establishment but have never ate here, due to the fact the tables are always dirty in there. Why would i eat somewhere that has a problem maintaining cleanliness? And this was before the pandemic. Now i go in today and the tables as usual are dirty. I thought all stores had a certain level of cleanliness to keep due to our current Pandemic, yet these people don't do the basics here. I wouldn't dare take a chance here.

Rude and got our order wrong twice. Then the dude teenager gave our order to the door dash guy without even seeing whose food it was! We waited over 40 mins and then he blamed us for his mistake. Stay in school and learn some respect before someone teaches it to your unprofessional staff.

Terrible! The girl taking my order seemed lost in space, she asked me to repeat my order 4 times and seemed to seriously be struggling with the cash register. The food came and was made incorrectly. When we brought it to their attention there was no apology for the error. The fries were ice cold and my boyfriend asked for hot fries. They said they would make new ones and bring them to our table. Never happened. We ate our sandwiches and asked for a refund for the fries on our way. Jerry's food is pretty good but this location isn't the best
