I order here often and my pizza is always very good. The staff and driver and pretty friendly whenever I talk to them and so much better than the 3rd party call center. ❤️🍕🍕

This location is NOT serving Papa John's pizza. This came out tasting like cheap frozen pizza. Crazy thing is other Papa John locations taste completely different. It was also delivered by Grubhub or some other delivery service and not their own delivery service. Like always, this meant my food was bounced around in the back of a dirty trunk.

This location has extremely fast and accurate service! Their food always tastes fresh, and they don't skimp on ingredients. Thank you for providing a delicious alternative to basic fast food in SE Wichita! 🙂

I order Papa John’s frequently and recently received a free two topping pizza because PJ’s said there last delivery time did not beat their standards… For my part, I didn’t notice they were late nor did I complain, this was one of the tastiest unexpected apologies I’ve ever received. Hands down, PJ’s is my favorite pizza and this helped solidify future orders from my home. Thanks for such a great policy! And for all the Negative Nancy’s here, my pizza arrived 15 minutes early!

Literally have always had a good experience with them, however today the website stopped working and when I tried to called it took me calling three times before someone answered, also the hold music while waiting to talk to a person is terrible. Made me want to cry so awful. Then when someone finally did pick up the phone, I guess she had never heard of customer service because she was so rude. When I tried to order she just kept talking over me. I will probably never order from papa John’s again. I’m pregnant and just wanted some pizza damn….

This call center out of the Philippines is unbelievable. If you feel the need to not show good customer service at least use a call center in the US. After taking to the girl I could not understand a.d fou.d out she was in the Philippines I told her to cancel my order that I would go else where. What kind of a low life does this I will No longer use you for anything, very poor poor customer service, you need to move to the Philippines amd get put of the US, you don't belong here

The pizza took almost 2 hours to get here which is fine on certain days but don’t tell me 30 minutes if it’s not true. When it did get here it was COLD. when I looked on the app to track where the heck the pizza was it only said it was on the way. FOR AN HOUR! I live five minutes away. When I called the store to check, I went to voice mail. That was fun. In the End of this I’d say to order from another store or pick it up yourself. A waste of $40 by the time we got it.

Placed an order at 6:22pm. Was told it would take 25 -35 minutes to be delivered. I called at 7:15pm when my order still had not been delivered and was told my order was the "next to go out" Cool.. its going to be hot and fresh right????..My pizza was delivered at 7 :40. It was cold and the cheese was hard and waxy.. We were excited to try their New York Style Pizza.. But it is just like all their other pizza's.. Don't waste your time or money. It would have been faster and more satisfying to go get Papa Murphy's.

Just like many of the reviews here, bad service, bad delivery service, the management doesn't care either lacking the cognitive ability to have a reasonable conversation, instead just repeated "you good bro?" When I was asking for information about the pizza we ordered 2 hours prior. Granted this was on Black Friday, so I understand if they got majorly behind, I wasn't even upset about the timeframe, I was just trying to inquire when the pizza might get there, but he couldn't even help with that. I'm in management myself, and it felt as though I was dealing with an upset customer, yet I was the customer. Very unprofessional, good food, but this location needs new management.

Waited on hold for 30 minutes before the call ended. Never got to talk to anybody. The app told me delivery would be 65-105 minutes so I was calling to try and see if I could switch to carry out since they were so slammed but never got the chance. I give them 2 instead of 1 Star because I got my food in 55 minutes and it was warm. The sides were good but the pizza crust was easily 4 inches thick, if I wanted bread sticks I would have ordered that instead lol. Service and quality are declining at this location.
