The best coffee in Salisbury & the nicest staff you could ask for! Also the fried egg sandwiches in the morning and cheese steak subs in the afternoon are AMAZING! ~Samantha

One of the last surviving "mom & pop" stores in the area. Very polite folks work here, great breakfast and lunch sandwiches and a nice selection of things to buy. I have been going to this store over 45 years. ~Barry

Stopped here for the "Fresh chicken". It was not hot and dry. The gentleman did not know how old it was. The gentleman didn't know it was not 140 degrees. The gentleman was unfazed by the issue when told the chicken was being stored too cold. His solution? Cook more... Which will eventually chill down because the heat lamp is either not working properly or temp is not set correctly. To add to the problem, the tenders were removed from what heat there was and sitting in the serving box while the biscuit was in a convection oven and then the fries... So, the tenders started at 120 degrees and then began to cool. And the gipper is that is just the surface temperature. I didn't see the result of his thermometer test but he did remove the tenders in question which is why this is a two star and not a one star... Never offered me a refund... ~Jeff

I had the best experience I've ever had in dollar general.The customer service clerk Paul was extraordinary.He deserves a raise or a bonus for his conduct with customers at work.He makes you want to shop at Dollar General and only dollar general.Not only did he greet every customer on there way in and directed them if they needed help.He assisted me in not just ringing me up,but due to my card acting up I had to return some items and Paul made sure I was ok all the way to the car. ~VictorDaVictor

Pumps don’t work as debit card. You can only pump with credit. Inside an Indian that hates his life. No help, dirty and outdated. Save your time and go to royal farms across the street or somewhere else. ~Bodescu
