Best car repair in Sykesville, Maryland (MD) 2024

I cannot say enough about Tom and his character. I called months ago with a sensor issue in my Dodge Ram 2500. He was honest and said it needed to be a dealership fix. Then he walked me through what it should cost, what the sensor was for and sent me with a good education off to the local dealer. He "didn't want (me) to get taken advantage of," and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I promised him he'd get my business eventually! Fast forward. Dealership quoted me $1,200 for a spark plug change and induction service. I quickly called Tom up and within a day he was able to service it for LESS THAN HALF the previously quoted price. I was surprised at how quickly he performed the service and how affordable he was. I am forever grateful and will be back for any and all services/maintenance. I will be sending everyone I know his way! Made a believer out of me. Thanks Tom! ~Maria
