Best personal trainer in Towson, Maryland (MD) 2024

I’ve been going to J’s Gym for years now and am very happy with my training. The trainers there are very knowledgeable and professional. I truly look forward to my sessions each week! I get one on one training based on my level of fitness and received meal plans based on my individual needs and goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in learning proper weight training and reaching their athletic and desired health goals! ~Fay

This Planet Fitness is in a good location! It's plenty of parking! The staff are cool and keep the place pretty clean. The vibe in the gym is always cool. People just come in, get their workouts in, and then, leave. It's a plethora of food spots in the area, so, it's a bit rough in that sense Bit, this is a really good Planet Fitness. NO Judgement Zone! ~TJ
