Moved from Massachusetts to south Carolina gave a way better deal then anyone else. Explained everything on the truck went over everything paperwork didn't try at all to up sale told us everything and was a very good experience highly recommend them ~derek

Never noticed that there are instructions that say I had to fold pads. My bad. At the time, the guy told me that I didn't have to put the pads in the bags, so I figured that I could just throw them in the truck. But $25 for a 5-minute task (12 pads) is excessive to me. What bothers me is the fact that after I returned the truck they sent me a bill with one dollar amount even though they charged $25 extra and only after my inquiry 10 days later they sent me the bill with the correct dollar amount. ~Jinsong
