Some of the rudest staff ever. No patience for anyone. Standing in line no problem with waiting a manager I am assuming walks behind me and says “excuse me” as I am proceeding to move I feel her on my back saying it two more times. That was never necessary making contact with another person. If i didn’t have to work and make the return I would have left. Then when doing my return younger girl helped me and made a mistake and tried to blame me. I was reading the numbers to my return for her and she inputted it wrongly. It seems like she caught an attitude after she realized she was wrong in the end she also threw my receipt at me after making said return. I never want to shop at this location again. I have only came into contact with two employees who are polite. ~Kiara

Dedham Ocean State my favorite one of the largest stores. Great employees and manager. Wide selection great prices save money from other stores. With inflation this is my go to store. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended ~Robert

The customer service is non existent in this store, there is no order in terms of lines, people are allowed to skip the lines depending on skin color, there is a lot of prejudice in this store especially from the African American toward myself a woman of color, I’m so glad I had a witness there to say I was actually first on line otherwise both her and the other lady would have treated me poorly, I asked how the line system works and the other white lady said it doesn’t matter, really!! That’s how you speak to a customer, very disgusting, last time I went there the other male associate was also rude. Nice store but rude people. ~Kimberly

Worker are extremely rude and racist. They follow my children everywhere they went. Store is great but their staff needs more customer service training and diversity training. ~Eneyda
