Dollar Tree

There's so much that you can get. Figuratively speaking 'from a pin to an anchor'...... the environ was very clean and the service was good. Bought a few party items here and the prices were affordable. Snacks, stationeries and most of all Christmas gifts can be found here. Highly recommend to all... ~Makare

Staples

On Thursday 6/24/2I, I fell down in Staples Falmouth Store. My older flip flops gave out while I was putting my cart away before heading out the door. It wasn't a pretty fall but a complete loss of balance. Two employees immediately stepped up! I regret not getting their names because they need to be recognized as going above and beyond! The first is a petite grey hair lady, wears glasses, works at the registers and has the nicest smile. She seems to manage the front. The second is a young man, who is an eagle scout. They assisted me up, got me a chair and handed me a water. My flip flops were retrieved and I was asked to sit until I relaxed. Thank-you! Yes I was shaken and mortified and I have since tossed the flip flops. Many Many Thanks to these two incredibly kind souls who went beyond simply asking if I was alright. 😍❤💯 ~Gail

La Touche

I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews, no matter how bad the service. But this stores terrible treatment of its customers have caused me to break my streak. I walked in with my girlfriend and my little cousin to do some gift shopping and as we were looking around, an employee of the store starting following us around. This continued for about 3 minutes until I picked up a board game to read the back of it. She then told us “Are you going to buy anything or are you just going to touch stuff?” I was extremely taken aback by this because we had only picked up a couple of things as I was browsing in order to see if I wanted to buy it, as one does when shopping. Still shocked, I said, “I’m sorry, are you the owner?” The lady replied, “No but I work here.” told her we were just browsing and not causing any problems. She then told us to leave. I told her I would not leave unless the owner wanted us to leave because we hadn’t done anything wrong. She then went and got another employee who came over, apologized and told us that they had a group of teenagers walk in who just touched things and didn’t buy anything. I told her that we are not those teenagers, and that we may have been planning on buying something, but now we definitely wouldn’t. I would not recommend going to this place if you are a teenager or look like one because the workers will treat you like scum for daring to enter that place. ~Thomas

Maxwell & Co

Well I have to say, I personally and my husband have had wonderful experiences at the Maxwell and Co store in Falmouth. We love the hands on experience of feeling like we have a personal shopper at our finger tips, whether i'm in town or out of state the service is first class. We have been shopping with the Maxwell's since 1989 and I can speak to their efforts to find unique and quality product from around the world. It is always my first choice when I am looking to up date my wardrobe for the season. Not a finer group of people to shop with. ~melinda
