There's so much that you can get. Figuratively speaking 'from a pin to an anchor'...... the environ was very clean and the service was good. On Thursday 6/24/2I, I fell down in Staples Falmouth Store. My older flip flops gave out while I was putting my cart away before heading out the door. It wasn't a pretty fall but a complete loss of balance. Two employees immediately stepped up! I regret not getting their names because they need to be recognized as going above and beyond! The first is a petite grey hair lady, wears glasses, works at the registers and has the nicest smile. She seems to manage the front. The second is a young man, who is an eagle scout. They assisted me up, got me a chair and handed me a water. My flip flops were retrieved and I was asked to sit until I relaxed. Thank-you! Yes I was shaken and mortified and I have since tossed the flip flops. Many Many Thanks to these two incredibly kind souls who went beyond simply asking if I was alright. 😍❤💯 ~Gail
