Very very happy with the service! Several people recommended this place to me after my car made a grinding noise. I had the guys check my car they quickly figured out the problem and called me and told me what it was. They fixed it in a timely manner as I asked and now my car runs smoothly and doesn’t make any noises. Jimmy one of the owners was there when I picked my car up. He was very nice and Easy to talk to. I've been going to Norwood's for the last two years. Always helpful, good prices. Friendly people. I recently brought a friend who's a world war 2 veteran. They made him a great deal on a ford focus station wagon with only 47,000 miles on it. I didn't even know he was shopping for a car.
