I started attending Bodylines when I was still recovering from my first pregnancy (2 years postpartum!). I started to see and feel improvements in my body. So when I became pregnant with my second, I knew this was the practice/studio to help me through this next phase in life. I’m 32 weeks now and feeling great! Kim, Kelly, Karen and team have been so supportive and helped me transition and modify through each pregnancy stage. I KNOW my recovery this time around will be drastically different then the first.
