Best fitness center in Natick, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I have been Rebounding with Joanne since my son was born over 3 years ago. I can't say enough good things about Rebounding as a form of exercise. I have bad knees and I can honestly say I am still surprised that I was about to keep up with the program for so long without pain or aches. It's really a fantastic form of exercise. I went with several friends and family members who also became big fans of Rebounding with Joanne. There is something special about Joanne's instruction style. She always has a smile on her face and really is encouraging with her process. The music is wonderful as well. It's always upbeat and she's not afraid to change it up. Everyone is the class is encouraged to "bounce" at their own pace which I really appreciate. Her knowledge of Rebounding is also refreshing. As someone who has taken quite a few classes and courses I can say there is nothing worse than an instructor who knows something "works" but doesn't have a whole lot more to share. Joanne has a wealth of knowledge about Rebounding and gets excited when she talks about it. Her commitment to this outstanding form of fitness shines whenever she discusses is. I have and will continue to recommend Joanne's Rebounding classes to anyone and everyone! ~Kati
