7 Best convenience store in New Bedford, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I think it’s crazy to give one star for them being short staffed apparently the people posting these one star reviews do not work in healthcare lol I think the staff is great here definitely deserving of 5 stars for holding it down during a pandemic ~Crystal

I have been a customer to this location since they built and opened this store. This family (kids included) are always so friendly and pleasant when I am there. I can’t speak for the overnight as I haven’t been at that time. Being a manager of a retail store that had 24 hour service ~ finding help that is committed and willing to go the extra is hard to find. A lot in part with the way they are treated by customers in the middle of the night. It’s not easy by any means nor is this an excuse for anyone. ~A

I walked into this establishment today and asked if it had chicken wings and the guy said I don't have it because I have to fry it. I said I wanted to and he replied saying the same thing. I left without buying anything. if you don't want to work from a place for those who really need it ~Edson

This place is garbage! The people are just awful who work here. Not to mention it says it open at 8 then the lady rolls up at 8 and says we’re not opening till 8:15. She is always rude and ignores customers. If you don’t like your job get a different one! It’s not life or death it’s retail. Get over it! Will not be going again. There are plenty of other places to shop. ~Heather

These guys pray on women ,my wife bought her SUV from them and she's has had problems with it so the vehicle was brought to them for repairs and Zach and Jack the owner will give her a price then when its time to pick up the SUV its always a few hundred dollars more and the price he give you for parts is like 4 times higher then at a auto parts store, the SUV was just brought back to them for something they mess up but cant prove it that they did it , now likw always the price he gave my wife for the part was almost 100 dollars and when we checked at the auto parts store ,it was actually 15.99 and it take like 5 minutes to put in the jeep but he told her it could take 2 to 3 hrs to replace , these guys will never get any business from us ever again and if I could help out someone from getting taken advantage of I'm going to help them out . Coffee is delicious, from their Dunkin, and the gas station clerks are friendly. We will definitely see you next year when we return to the area ~Elizabeth

This store actually has a bigger selection than 7-eleven right down the street ~Joe
