If you were dying, and you could dig a ditch right next to your bed. Only to use your last bit of strength to drop yourself in it. That would still be a much better treatment than the one you receive at this place. The reception desk is the worst!!! Please if you care about your health and not so much about arguing with the front desk. Which then leave you feeling like “I am much better off not calling or going in.” Then this is the place for you. The front desk, swears they can diagnose, tell you what’s wrong and tell you what the doctors can and cannot do. While they are stuck at the front desk without the credentials to be a Dr. I have avoided visiting this place for the past 8 + months. Choosing Urgent Care to this place. I don’t know how this place can function like this. Where they literally don’t care if you live or die. . . I would advise anyone to care for your own health. Because this is NOT a place that will care for you. Your health matters too, and if yours matter to you as much as mine does to me. Please save yourself from this “F*ck” place. ~Widner
