Best van rental agency in Wakefield, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Ordered a UHaul for an apartment move. Was supposed to get it at 8am but the truck was not returned so we were told by customer service to wait there until 9am so they could get us keys to another truck. 9am passed then called again and they said it will actually be open at 930am. NO ONE SHOWED UP TO WORK. This place is an absolute joke and employees don’t even show up to work. Never rent from here. ~Will
