Incompetent pharmacist(s). On more than one occasion I had to watch a loved one suffer in pain because they can't get their act together. I had one pharmacist argue with me about her interpretation of a prescription. She was absolutely wrong and it took the physician to intervene. It wasn't rocket science either. Another time, I had dropped off a presription but they were getting ready to halt all business for lunch and evidently that was of prime importance because the person taking the prescription didn't follow through. When I attempted to pick up the prescription hours later, and we'll beyond the time it was promised, they couldn't find it in the system as I had to repeatedly explain that I had indeed dropped it off at that pharmacy. After their cracker jack team of investigators discovered I was telling the truth, I was told, " We apologize, we've been busy. It will be another hour." In the meantime, a person who had major surgery today has to wait in severe pain because, "They're busy." Perhaps if they had entered the prescription in their system, it wouldn't have been a problem. Why not triage and tend to the crisis first? Unacceptable and unethical. They're supposed to be in the business of helping people rather than acting like we're an inconvenience. I chose this CVS because of the convenience of the location, but I'd rather travel out of the way than to put up with this. It takes several trips to the pharmacy until they get it right anyway so where's the convenience or benefit in that? I'm done with this Webster CVS. ~David

Been going here for my many prescriptions for over 10 years. My children's few as well. The pharmacy staff are quick filling orders, always answer the phones (unlike several other locations I could mention), and know their business. They always take time to work with you on prescription issues and answer your questions without rushing you. Highly recommend this location. ~Holly

I have been to at least 40 Little Caesar’s locations, and this is the best one. The pizza is cooked perfectly every time. A friend recently bought a house off 395, and while I’m happy for him, I’m even happier for myself, since visiting him will take me past this Little Caesar’s location. ~Sam

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟service, from AutoZone Webster/MA to Nick and Christian. I was nervous yesterday driving to work on 290 when 3 lights pop up on my dashboard. Not sure if I stop the car or what. I called my son-in-law who said: go to AutoZone they can tell you what it is. Christian kindly said: Nick is has more experience than me and will help you. I have to tell you guys, I was never so well treated and explained. He was patient, explained without let more nervous or put my car down, he suggested a product to by and said, if is the simple will work, if the lights don't shut off the cat must be looked on. Inside Christian again so kindly explained me again the best way to use the product. And I left the store with a great experience. Specially you that have no clue about cars, I highly recommend AutoZone Webster/MA and look for them, there was another guy, but he was taking care of another customer. + In 15min after use the product, the lights went off. Thank God, thank you Nick and Christian. ~Ada

0 stars would’ve been a more ideal rating. After waiting 30+ mins in the drive thru then driving home 15 mins, I opened both Big Mac boxes to see this. I would’ve had to take both sandwiches just to make 1. Needless to say, I had to drive all the way back just for them to refund me on my card and wait another 15 mins to make new meals. I’m sorry, I don’t care if you have “new” staff. It’s your signature burger, your meal #1 burger, and if your employees can’t put burgers on a bun, I really dont have much to say that’s nice. The only person helpful in this situation was the manager on shift, Ashley, who refunded us and had to EMPHASIZE to the cooks in the back to put TWO BURGERS on the sandwich. I guess Ashley can have that 1 star I was forced to leave. ~Sarah

Super dissapointed with my first time trying Lake Pizza in Webster. Asked for a well done cheese pizza like I do at any other place and this is not well done this is burnt. Cheese had no flavor at all. Very dry. I cant believe any one would serve this to a customer. Definitely wont be back. Also had some fries and chicken fingers which were ok. Fingers and fries 6.5 Pizza - 2.6 ~Central

Honestly, we haven't ordered from Domino's in a couple years.The quality had dropped. My mother thought to give it a shot a couple of weeks ago. We ordered 2- med,2- topping pizza specials and they were delicious! Made perfectly with the right balance of sauce ,cheese, and toppings,and also cooked just right.We ordered again this week and they were perfect too. My mother made a point to compliment them to the person who took our order and they were very appreciative. ~Master
