Eastern Bank in Westford has great customer service. My mother died recently and I needed to have a satisfaction of mortgage notarized. Even though I am not a customer there (yet), they let me come in 30 seconds before they closed and notarized all the paperwork I needed -- for free. Incredibly kind and helpful. ~Talia

Great Staff, I have never had a problem. My family owns a company and have been using them for nearly 20 years. Over the years there have been infrequent but minor problems that have always been addressed in a caring and timely fashion. We did have a major problem a few months back but as soon as the bank was aware it was addressed. A great local bank that puts you the customer first. ~John
