Pretty sure this place is closed down but just incase, sharing my experiences from a bit ago- I've been here twice, and both times I left in tears. I have a phobia of getting my blood drawn, but I can usually control myself as long as the person drawing my blood is quick and understanding. Before they draw my blood, I always mention that I have a phobia, but even if I cry/panic, I wont pull away or anything so that they know that they don't have to worry about my behavior and can do what they need to do. Both times, the person drawing my blood was very dismissive, and when I inevitably began to have signs of an anxiety attack/ cry, they immediately began to ridicule me, telling me to stop crying and calm down, etc., which of course only made me freak out more. The worse time was the second time I went, where the person drawing my blood had to stab both of my arms multiple times looking for a vein- I had never had a person have difficulty finding my vein and I started to panic and cry after the second arm she tried, and she began to blame me, saying that my crying was the reason she couldn't focus and find my vein, and yelling at me to stop. Like I'm sorry, but if you cant handle a person crying quietly while staying perfectly still, you should not be in this business- how are you supposed to handle screaming kids? Anyways, after that I went to another Quest location for my bloodwork- was in and out in less than 5 minutes and didn't shed a tear. Happy to say I will never be coming to this location again. ~SyveneQueen
