Best drugstore in Worcester, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Walgreen's has a great photo department, John was very helpful and alternative and super helpful to do an "exchange " . Their photo department is great and they use great high quality paper , before they used Fuji flim , they're using a different type ,this paper seems too be a higher grade quality. While surfing Facebook (" Friends Of Freebies ")have done free photo 📸 prints at Walgreen's for zero vost absolutely FREE. I thought it was a scam or fake, it's a thousand percent real and true. I've done it a hand full of times, very convenient and easy and affordable . ~tyler

If I could rate this pharmacy a zero I could've loved to do so! The staff is very rude and irresponsible. They are unwelcoming they roll their eyes as you speak and don't seem to pay attention to details regarding meds due dates for patients or what meds have been requested. I attended the pharmacy to pick up my husband's medicine at 5: 15 pm I walked out at 7:20 pm. they made me wait for the medicine I had told them is not due until the 30th of the month however one of the staff insisted I wait to get so I did. 40 minutes later I go up and ask if it's ready, this lady acts forgetful then the Pharmacist Matt steps in to yell at me to "go home and rest" as if they weren't the ones keeping me on hold waiting for them. The assistant he seemed to support seemed just fresh out of college or still doing her internship, she made beginner mistakes of not checking the patient history then work. He then states the medicine is not due until the date stated previously. I explained to him the situation he kept speaking loudly and yelling at me in a bad manner although it was his staff's mistake and their lack of attention to detail that led to this. I hope this pharmacy gets it together and learns how to do its job right. I am transferring to a further pharmacy than dealing with these rude staff, who have zero customer service experience! ~Salama
