They seem to have hired new clerks during the past year, and they've been consistently fantastic. Friendly, patient, attentive, and even when I sometimes make the stupid mistake of not addressing my packages, they've been very understanding about it and even helped me out to do so. As someone who's frequented this place for over a decade, customer service has become top-notch. Lines can get pretty long around 4:30pm, but that's to be expected. ~Jerry
