They seem to have hired new clerks during the past year, and they've been consistently fantastic. Friendly, patient, attentive, and even when I sometimes make the stupid mistake of not addressing my packages, they've been very understanding about it and even helped me out to do so. As someone who's frequented this place for over a decade, customer service has become top-notch. Lines can get pretty long around 4:30pm, but that's to be expected.

My only complaint after using this post office for 25 or so years is the parking during busy times. It can be tricky to enter or exit when every driver firmly believes they have right-of-way, but that's not the fault of the staff. They do very good work and have helped me ship a lot of packages over the years.

Worst post office I’ve ever been too. Don’t bring prepaid packages here unless you want them to adjust the weight and add another $8 to shipping so you make 73 cents total for a item you paid $11 for and was shipping to someone. Awful. I will never take packages here again. The other usps I use never ever adjust the weight.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. The Ada branch employees are always pleasant and incredibly patient. Especially with customers who are not prepared. I’m at the post office a few times a week and have always had excellent service.

Decent service. Pretty upsetting that they recently removed their large 24 hour drop box in favor of a really small, inefficient one. It was a super unique drop box and made it possible for really large packages to be dropped off after hours and I used it very frequently. The new one can only fit one package at a time. Annoying, no reason to come here anymore.

I have lived in Ada for around fourteen years I have been to the post office many times and I think the people in line are usually much more rude then the actual people behind the counter. There have been many times they have taped a package for me and haven't charged me. Our carrier is also very nice and has to haul things up steps for me. Thank you to all of you at Ada MI post office

Keep 15 cents in change at home for postage due. My daughter sent over 100 wedding invitations and the Ada post office was the only one to charge postage due. Just received another postage due for 15 cents, weighed it at home, was. 7oz. It was under 1 Oz with a forever stamp. Is this a common theme for the Ada post office? Update Visited post office about my postage due. The envelope was under 1oz, but had a minor bump from the hallmark greeting card. About an extra 1/16 of an inch! This can damage the sorting machine according to the postal clerk.

Pretty much the Worst mail delivery service possible. Twice in one week, zero mail delivery. When calling to speak with then, no answer, goes to a full voicemail box. When visiting in person, there’s always a new excuse. Not sure anyone capable is actually in charge there. This has happened several times in the last year. Nothing changes. We do not live on a dirt road, off the beaten path. Not hard to get to at all. In fact we live within 4 miles from the Post Office. There is no good reason for this. My dog could do a better job.

This post office is full of incompetent people who do not care or do not want to do there job. I have lived her for 20 years and have had the worst USPS delivery of any place I have ever lived. I get excuses cannot deliver: No access to drive way for delivery (Lie, nothing blocking drive). Ada post office excepts a package to be delivered to me the next day and then ships it to Zeeland, now 2 days later still trying to find the package. This has happened on so many occasions I have lost count. It must be that the Postal Service has had so many complaints on the phone you cant even talk to a live person anymore, you get an automated system to try to solve any issues. If that isn't a way to ignore issues and complaints I don't know what is!!! How do I get a job like this that doesn't require any intelligence and is Government protected for stupidity????
