I actually was in Home depot looking for Kitchen cabinets. I checked out the in stock cabinets and asked an associate a question about them. He barely looked up from Amazon shopping to mumble a reply. I moved to a cabinet display within sight and he didn't bother to get up to advise or answer questions. I went to another display right next to an associate sitting at a desk. As I went through the door styles of the Thomasville cabinets she continued her discussion of her family and an inheritance debacle. Again no movement to answer questions or offer assistance. I left without purchasing anything even though there was a style I particularly liked. One star since there wasn't a choice for none.

Good place to go. I actually wasn't shopping, I actually was working here through the company I'm with doing a couple overnights. I liked it. No Complaints here. I give it a thumbs up! :);)

The most rude service people I have felt with. I have been to this store several times and will never set foot in there again. They should all be fired.stupid stupid employees, I don't think that McDonald's would hire most of em.

Everytime I come here the people that work in a specific department that I need help in always seem to be super knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help me out. I'm always impressed by how much I learn. Their prices aren't half bad either. Sometimes they even beat out Amazon. in addition to that, they're almost always willing to bid for the lowest price on an item when a competitor has the same product. Even when they're about the close they find the time to help me out. I only wish this is a 24 hour Home Depot, I'm a night shift guy so I'm always glad to see that they're at least open till 10 most days. If employees everywhere were as helpful as these guys I think the world would be a much better and more knowledgeable place. Rock on Home Depot, you've earned yourself a loyal customer.

Just went in to get 19 sheets of durarock. Asked them if they could load over a half of a pallet with a fork lift into the truck and they said "no we don't do that" at the contractors desk. They have a sale if you bought 30 or more the price dropped but they had only 3 sheets.

Bought a washing machine, had nothing but problems. I went into the store and called numerous times. Managment and assoicates were no help. They kept saying they would call us back. day after day. Good thing i didnt hold my breath. More savings and more doings huh home depot? how about more spending and less doing. i will never go to this store again, and i suggest you do the same unless u want to waist your time and money. been a month and still stuck with a $500 pice of garbage washing machine thats 3 months old. do your self a favor... go to menards you will save BIG money and TIME cuz they got there act together and can do it right the FIRST TIME...
