Mike was so knowledgeable about the cars. He did everything he could possibly do to make sure I got into my dream car. Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use this place to get your vehicle worked on , the lady at the desk is mainly the problem! So first we waited 2 months to get the car in which is fine once we dropped it off they told us it would be done in 2 weeks , so the day before it’s supposed to be completed she calls and says they don’t have the parts… how you had 2 months to get them around after that she says they missed that the head light was broke how do you realize that the day before completion?? Okay so now that we waited for it to all get fixed she calls and says hey it’s done but you need your insurance to put up more money and you can’t pick it up untill it’s paid okay it’s Friday at 4 o clock how am I supposed to figure out how to get me insurance to jump in 1 hour ! A week ago today I went to go look at a ‘15 jeep renegade. Within 30 seconds Mr Tim Marske was out the door coming to help me out.
