Best racing car parts store in Battle Creek, Michigan (MI) 2024

What ever you do, don't pick up online orders at this store. Three times, three issues. The last one, although online said in stock - it was not. They said they would give me a credit and to give them the card it was charged to. It was charged to paypal online. So they said they would give me cash. They did. HOWEVER, they turned around and added a second charge to the order to paypal so I still ended up paying for something I never received. Plus, the order online and ready in 30 minutes - this is also the second time it was NOT ready in over an hour before I arrived and I had to wait while they pulled the parts. I will still order NAPA, just ship to address from the Illinois warehouse and leave Cereal City out of it. ~John

My car broke down and these gentleman were quick to help me and problem solve. I am from out of town and they made me feel like family. I am so grateful for the wonderful customer service and help.
