Best massage therapist in Birmingham, Michigan (MI) 2024

I was stressed out and boy did my body show it. The massage therapist worked on my knots and kneaded my back till I was putty. The music & podcast was a little distracting, but the lighting, the massage, the experience was great. I'm still sore (I did ask for a deep tissue massage), but feeling better than I had. The calming intake room is quiet and calming. Bonus is they have tea and water to help get you ready for your appointment. Then a lightly lit room with a heated table to help get you relaxed even more. Well worth a visit! ~Christy
