My brother recently began dialysing here at this facility but I now have grave concerns. His hemoglobin levels, which are checked during each session, were critically low on 2 occasions within a week. This is not out of the ordinary. What concerns me is that the results are not given until the next open business day, which for the Davison location is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So for the critical results from the Monday draw were relayed to us on Wednesday and we went straight to the ER for a blood transfusion. Then, the critical low hemoglobin results from Friday sat on someones desk all weekend until Monday. By the time he was taken by ambulance his oxygen saturation level was 60% !! He is now on a ventilator in ICU! When I tried calling the facility to speak with someone, ....anyone....regarding this serious miscommunication there simply was no person to answer any of the extensions provided by the automated system and the administrators as well as the social workers voicemail boxes were "FULL" so I couldn't even leave a message. My brother nearly died from this facilities and their laboratory's unacceptable policy regarding critical results. ~Julie

Tractor Supply is one of my least favorite stores. There never seems to be anyone available to help you in the store. The lines to check out always seems to take forever. Items in the store are over-priced. My mother bought three baby ducks from this store. At that time, They also advised my Mother that she could feed her baby ducks chicken feed. Sadly, THIS IS NOT TRUE. You can feed baby ducks chicken feed because it lacks niacin. It caused my Mother’s duck to be lame and lose its ability to walk properly. THID IS THE REASON YOU ARE GETTING ONE STAR! I would have you zero stars if I could. We had to buy the duck a wheelchair. Make sure to do your own homework. ~Angela

I waited over 2 hours for a prescription. It was very busy there today also. If I knew it was going to take so long, I would've went to Walgreens. It looks like only one person is working at least she was super nice! I really hope someone will come in and help her in the future. Thanks ~Valerie

Waited in line for 25 minutes in the drive-thru for a woman to be handed one bag and two little drinks, service was okay, didn’t apologize for agonizing wait. Got our food, our bacon was not cooked, it was stringy and chewy, asked for extra crispy and they did not do that, of course. Sub was not toasted either. ~sagg

So disappointed at what I saw a few mins ago... I've been shopping here for many years thought I knew many of the staff but they do go threw a lot of employees so you don't always know right... one of the well know employees walked in to start her shift and was swarmed by Lisa and 4 other managers... they were highly unprofessional even using Obscene language to embarrass the women... they even had the the Gaul to fire the poor woman in public... I will never be a return customer. ~Christene
